Reporting Bugs

List of known bugs

Report a new bug

If something behaves unexpectedly or crashes while testing RMS, pleas report it as a bug by adhering the following procedure.

1. Search or browse the bug database in case the bug has already been reported.
2. If it is not found, create a new ticket.

3. A form will appear. Fill in a descriptive summary for the bug. Add your email address in the "reporter" field.

4. Fill in the description for the ticket by copy-pasting the following template and then filling it in.

   A description of the bug.
   
    == Steps to reproduce ==
     1. A step-by-step instruction list...
     2. ... of how to produce the bug
   
    == Actual Results ==
      What was the result of the actions you took above?
   
    == Expected Results ==
      What did you expect to happen?
   
    == Reproducibility == 
      Can you always make the bug appear again by following "Steps to reproduce", or does it only appear sometimes?
   

5. Try to assign "Component" to the component you think the bug originates from. In the Version field, fill in the exact version of the build you're testing (it's listed on the friendlystapler.se site)

6. Submit the ticket.

7. Attach the Debug.log file in the game's folder to the ticket.
